Inspiring Diplomacy

今年も日米“高校生大使”プログラムの一環として、日本から高校生大使がワシントンD.C.に到着。言葉や文化の“Exchange”を経験しました。

For more than 30 years the High School Diplomats program has brought American and Japanese students together. Just after arriving to the US, Japanese students participating in the program came to the Japan Information and Culture Center (JICC) where a panel of diplomats from the Embassy of Japan and the US Department of State briefed them on Japan-US ties and diplomatic careers. Over the course of the ten-day program, the Japanese and American participants take language courses and participate in cultural exchange activities together.
