NC State University’s Department of World Languages and Cultures is excited to present the Kato Family, featuring Takumi Kato, for a special presentation of traditional Japanese Taiko drumming free to everyone in the community.

This event was coordinated in collaboration with NC State University’s Japan Club, The Japan-America Society of NC, Peaceful Forest, and the NC Japan Center.

If you’ve never experienced Taiko, you will be awestruck. If you have experienced it, I know you will be eager to attend and feel the power of this very special art form again.
