(OuchiGohan) Oyako Don

September 13
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (ET)
Virtual
Join in for a special session focused on one of Japan’s most comforting one-bowl meals, oyako donburi! You’ll learn to create this dish of tender chicken and sweet onions, simmered in a savory dashi-based sauce, all held together by a gently cooked egg and served over a warm bed of rice.

To complement this satisfying meal, we’ll be creating a side of tangy daikon pickle. We’ll also be making a refreshing bubbly matcha lassi, a drink that perfectly balances the earthy notes of matcha with the creamy tang of yogurt.
