Chefs & Japanese Wagyu Series
Our Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) is collaborating with DC-area restaurants to showcase how local chefs are preparing Japan’s signature wagyu beef! In this video series Nobu Yamazaki, the Michelin-starred chef/owner of Sushi Taro DC, demonstrates the flexibility of wagyu. You can also watch how Yuh Shimomura, chef/owner of Nasime in Alexandria VA, brings out wagyu’s distinct flavor and tenderness in a variety of different dishes. |
