★チャペルヒル・ダーラム日本人会より、春のピクニック詳細変更のお知らせです★

４月イベント［春のピクニック］ですが、当会々員およびRTP地域に住む邦人の方々との交流をさらに深めていただければという目的で、［2024春のウェルカムピクニック］と称して、当会・ノースカロライナ日米協会との共同開催をすることになりました。

詳細は以下の通りです。※場所、参加費が変更となっております。ご注意ください。

軽食（ホットドック・飲み物）はこちらでもご用意させて頂きますが、

例年通り、ポットラック形式は継続します。ご自慢のお料理をお持ちください！

2024 Spring Welcome Picnic

Date/Time: 4/21 (Sun), 10am – 3pm
(5/19 (Sun), if it rains)

Venue : Adams field (NCSU Campus, nearby NC Japan Center) The location is different from last year.

Admission: Free

Style: Potluck picnic. Please bring your favorite foods! Person who brought foods will get three ruffle
tickets. Hotdogs and drinks will be also provided by our sponsors. Also, please do not forget
bring picnic blanket or camp chair for your comfort. Planning easy activities, please wear
comfortable clothes on the day.
